Our research explores emerging questions in urban development through data, spatial analysis and applied enquiry. We are particularly interested in uncovering and working with underused or unconventional sources of urban data — bringing together information from public records, property and land markets, spatial datasets and other fragmented sources to build new evidence. Our work spans themes including land value capture, nature-based solutions, walkability, freight and tourism, with the aim of turning overlooked data into insights that can inform planning and policy.
